Building Compliance checks in line with legislation
Municipalities are becoming very strict in imposing current legislation pertaining to Building Compliance.
With our Layout plans we will:
- Assist sellers in identifying non compliance at the offset – most sellers are unaware of the extent to which buildings need to be on plan – extends to swimming pools, decks, wendy houses etc; avoids sellers making false affidavits to the Municipality; saves on costs to achieve compliance; avoidance of possible post transfer litigation (expensive and time-consuming)
- Protect unsuspecting purchasers from taking transfer of non-compliant properties; avoidance of possible post transfer litigation (expensive and time-consuming)
